Woodward Community Based Services was founded in 2006 in response to the growing need to serve children, adolescents, and their families in their home community.
We provide a full continuum of community-based services for individuals and families across all stages of life - from early childhood and family support services to care for court-involved adolescents, as well as skill-building and independent living support for adults with mental health diagnoses and intellectual or developmental disabilities. Whether you’re seeking referrals, program information, or guidance on the right level of care, our team is here to help connect you with the services and support you need. -
