About
WayPoint Resources (formerly Waukee Area Christian Services) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, based in Waukee, that hosts the largest food pantry and only free health clinic in Dallas County. We support individuals and families living in Dallas County and the surrounding areas by providing food, clothing, basic healthcare, housing and school essentials, emergency financial assistance, and one-on-one navigation through other community resources. We provide this help through a client-choice food pantry, Anytime Food Room stocked with rescued food from our community partners, an on-site community garden, a student weekend snack pack program, school-based community refrigerators, a clothing closet for preschool through high school students, a free medical clinic, and a client care program to help manage a crisis.
