Anytime Fitness West Des Moines – 22nd Street is a welcoming, results-driven fitness community focused on helping members build sustainable strength, health, and confidence. Our club offers personalized coaching with Delaney, providing expert guidance, accountability, and support for members at every fitness level.
We combine training with recovery by offering an infrared sauna to help improve recovery, reduce stress, and support overall wellness. Members also get access to our coaching app, which delivers customized workout programs that evolve weekly based on progress and goals — making it easy to stay consistent whether training in the gym or on the go.
Our mission is to create a supportive, inclusive environment where members feel comfortable, motivated, and empowered to reach their goals. -
