The center offers around-the-clock care and supervision, private and companion accommodations, three quality, gourmet meals every day (as well as snacks and special guest meals!), and a vast array of activities. Whether on a field trip, exercising, attending a class, enjoying pet visits, socializing or participating in weekly church services, residents at Glen Oaks are always doing something!

From I-35/80 take Exit 129 and turn south onto 86th St toward Urbandale. Stay on 86th St until Urbandale Ave and turn left. Glen Oaks Alzheimer’s Special Care Center will be on your left.
