The Marion County Employers’ Council of Iowa (ECI) welcomes Joe Collins, a Training Facilitator with IowaWORKS Central Iowa who will talk about the challenges within the multi-generational workplace. Collins has a Master’s Degree in Adult Continuing and Occupational Education from Kansas State University.
The session will cover the following topics:
* The various aspects of the modern multi-generational workplace.
* The differences and similarities between generations in offering praise/criticism, preferred methods of communication, and using resources and technology.
