Darren McGriff, Personal Trainer and Fitness Manager is launching Kick, Punch and Lunch. This class is 5 days a week (M-F) at 12 (noon) January 2-31. YOU will get the Ultimate Kickboxing Aerobic Workout, our delicious Recovery Shakes for lunch and you will be back to work in an hour! Cost to Participate: Members: $130.00, Non-Members: $150.00.
