Tassel Ridge Chef Linda DeJong will explain how wine reductions complement flavors. Then, show you how to make wine reductions including Tassel Ridge In the Dark, Tassel Ridge Finalé Blackberry, and Tassel Ridge Iowa Brianna wine reductions.
