The 7th Annual Where the Rubber Meets the Road 8K Run will be held at the Iowa Speedway, 3333 Rusty Wallace Drive. Proceeds benefit the programs at Progress Industries for central Iowans with disabilities. There is an entry fee and a form to fill out. You can register online at
