Join the City of West Des Moines and West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce at our 2022 Economic Development Bus Tour, Presented by Google Fiber. It’s going to be a ‘gas’! We have been rolling along with key projects and not just dreaming, we’ve been DOING! All the puns aside, this is your chance to see for yourself all the cool new developments in the works, mingle with area leaders, and celebrate our strong community #WDMstrong.
West Des Moines has grown tremendously over the last three years since our last tour and we are all working hard to position the city as the best in America to live, work, and play. We are making BIG progress and now is the time to celebrate, learn more, and deepen your connections. Charter buses will take you to key areas of the city and at the end enjoy food, music, and libations. Won’t you join us?

- 3 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. | Boarding & departure
- 5 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. | Buses arrive back, celebration begins
- 6 p.m. I Announcements & 515 WEST Magazine Unveiling
- 7 p.m. | Celebration ends
- Enjoy a fun after-party celebration hosted by R&R Realty Group featuring food, music and libations.
- Each participant will receive a limited edition WDM swag bag with sponsor goodies, official lanyard, and NEW 515 WEST Magazine.
