Our water quality is of paramount interest to everyone. Join us on May 12 at 11:30 at Des Moines Golf and Country Club to hear Bill Stowe, Des Moines Waterworks CEO and General Manager discuss the nitrate issue with the Raccoon River and the ongoing litigation with Sac, Buena Vista and Calhoun counties in northwest Iowa. Des Moines Waterworks is a regional utility that protects public health by delivering outstanding quality water in reliable quantities. Des Moines Water Works also manages Water Works Park and Maffitt Lake Reservoir, two of the area’s largest parks.
