  Pat Pithan has been with MMIT Business Group (formerly M & M Sales Company and Imaging Technologies) since 1986 in the sales and marketing field. He spent 25 years in direct and major account sales and most recently in sales management and training. He has been a member of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce since 2007 and served on the board starting in 2016 and served as the Board Chair in 2019. Pat is also an active member of the Des Moines Partnership and served not the Affiliate President Council and Affiliate Executive Committee. Most recently he traveled with the Des Moines Partnership to DC on behalf of the Urbandale Chamber. 

During his career, he has been successful in securing and servicing many large accounts including Wells Fargo, Pioneer Hi-Bred, American Republic, Dee Zee Manufacturing, Hy-Vee, and Iowa Realty. He has also added hundreds of medium and smaller organizations to MMIT's portfolio during his tenure. Pat can share with you simple best practices along with many tried-and-true sales strategies and methods that work! Pat is tirelessly studying the field of sales understanding why decision-makers make the decisions they make.
