You are invited to visit the Centre for Arts & Artists, located at 501 W 3rd St N, from 9:30 AM until Noon on Saturday, February 28th as the VCD (Veterans-Civilian Dialogue) event transforms from a VCD into a Service Together art project that will eventually unite every attendee's own personal art masterpiece VCD message into a larger community art masterpiece.
