A new identity fraud victim was hit every two seconds in America in 2014, with the number of victims climbing to 13.1 million over the year, according to Javelin Strategy & Research’s 2015 Identity Fraud Study. 
 
A new report shows that hackers have exposed the personal information of 110 million Americans - nearly half the country's adults - in the past year, CNN Money reported.  Health Management magazine reported in heir February 2016 issue that 1 in 3 Americans had their medical records breached in 2015!
 
Another survey released  by Daily Finance, offers additional sobering information. In a survey of 500 U.S. businesses, law enforcement services and government agencies, three out of four respondents said they had detected a security breach in the past year.
