Scott Gire is an HR Services Area Manager with Oasis, a Paychex® Company, where he leads a team of HR professionals who support direct line supervisors with employee relations matters and consult with senior business leaders on the achievement of their strategic HR initiatives. Scott and his team recognize the common pitfalls experienced by organizations and support them in creating policies, procedures and action plans to correct existing concerns and ensure compliance moving forward. With over 20 years’ experience in human resources and training in the service industry, he truly understands the power of human capital management and the impact on business results. Scott has a degree in Business Management and Communication, is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds both his Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) certification, along with his SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation. Additionally, Scott serves on the Board of Directors for the Des Moines Community Playhouse.
