Melissa Ness, Connectify HR Founder & CEO, is on a mission to serve her clients and community. Melissa launched Connectify HR, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), to simplify HR for businesses and their employees. Melissa’s extensive background in HR and finance spans nearly 25 years, including serving as Aureon HR/Merit Resources’ Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, & President. Most of her life has focused on helping small to medium-sized businesses. Today, she is responsible for Connectify HR’s expert team of professionals that proudly serve Iowa communities.
A lifetime Iowan, Melissa embodies servant leadership and community involvement. In addition to spending time volunteering in the community, Connectify donates a percentage of every dollar generated to community non-profits. Giving back to others in the community who need an extra hand is the driving force behind everything they do as a company. Melissa is passionate about serving small to medium sized business–or as she says– “the heartbeat of America.”
