Grimes Chamber Groundbreaking Ceremony – The Home Place
Please join Grimes Chamber & Economic Development as we celebrate the groundbreaking of The Home Place, a project that has been many years in the making and represents a meaningful milestone for the community.
The Home Place will be located within Hope Timber, a development by Hope Development & Realty, and construction will be led by Larson Development. Together, these partners are helping bring to life a unique residential community designed to foster independence, connection, and opportunity for its residents.
This effort has been driven by an extraordinary group of local families and community leaders who have worked tirelessly to bring this vision to reality. Among them are Doug and Barb Rothfus, who many of us know through their involvement with the Chamber and our community. Their dedication, along with the commitment of the entire Home Place board and supporters, has helped move this important project forward.
We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate alongside them and are excited about the positive impact The Home Place will have for its residents and for the broader Grimes community.
