Make it a Date Night at Tassel Ridge Winery! Dinner begins with a Caesar Salad made with Romaine, Shaved Parmesan, Croutons, and Asiago Dressing paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight. Chef Heather will then prepare your pasta to order.  Choose Pappardelle with Bolognese Sauce paired with Tassel Ridge Pizzeria & Pasta Too!® or Fettuccine with Asiago Alfredo Sauce paired with Tassel Ridge American Chardonnay. For dessert, indulge in Flourless Chocolate Cake paired with Oskyfizzante® Pink. Wine tasting begins at 6 pm with dinner seating at 6:30 pm.
