Tassel Ridge Winery presents Wine & Taco Night

It’s Taco Night at Tassel Ridge Winery! Start the evening with wine tasting at 6 pm, then at 6:30 pm enjoy Chef Frank’s Salsa and Chips paired with a Señorita made with Tassel Ridge wine. Served next is a Romaine Salad with Black Beans, Avocado, Red Bell Pepper, Cilantro, and Ancho Honey Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge 2013 Iowa La Crescent. Then, a Beef Taco, a Chicken Taco, and a Fish Taco will be paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Marquette Rosé. Churros with Tassel Ridge Raspberry Finalé Ganache will end the evening on a sweet note!
