Tassel Ridge Winery presents Wine & Pasta Night

Dinner begins with a Caprese Salad made with Tomatoes, Mozzarella, and Fresh Basil paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight. Chef Frank will then prepare your pasta to order. Choose Fettuccine Alfredo paired with Tassel Ridge American Chardonnay or Penne Mediterranean, made with Tomatoes, Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, Black Olives, and Feta Cheese paired with Tassel Ridge Pizzeria & Pasta Too!®. A Tassel Ridge Mudslide made with Tassel Ridge Chocolate GranfinaléT will end the evening on a decadent note! Come at 6 pm for wine tasting, and then dinner seating at 6:30.
