Celebrate the flavors of Mexico paired with Tassel Ridge wines! Come early at 6 pm for wine tasting, then at 6:30 pm start your celebration with Chips and Chef Frank’s House made Salsa paired with a Señorita frozen wine drink made with Tassel Ridge Candlelight. Next enjoy a Mexican inspired meal that begins with a Romaine, Roasted Corn, Black Bean, Avocado, Red Onion, Cilantro, and Chili Honey Vinaigrette Salad paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight followed by a Beef Tamale and Chicken Enchiladas served with Pinto Beans paired with Tassel Ridge 2013 Iowa St. Croix Rosé (winner of a Silver Medal at the recent 2015 Rosé Competition in Sonoma County, California).
