Event Description:
It’s Asian Fusion Night at Tassel Ridge Winery! Come early at 6 pm for wine tasting, then at 6:30 pm the evening begins with a Spinach and Arugula Salad with Edamame, Red Onion, Bell Pepper, an Egg Roll, and Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight. This is followed by Seared Beef with Asparagus, Snap Peas, and Cilantro Garlic Sauce and Teriyaki Vegetables over Chow Mein Noodles paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Marquette Rosé.
