A Mixed Green Salad with Dried Cranberries, Candied Pecans, Blue Cheese Crumbles, and House Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight will be followed by Petite Shoulder Tender Medallions with In the Dark Mushroom Risotto and Seasoned Green Beans paired with Tassel Ridge In the Dark. For dessert, indulge in Vanilla Bean Bread Pudding with Tassel Ridge Winery In the Dark Chocolate Sauce paired with Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante® Pink.
