Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a romantic evening at Tassel Ridge Winery. Begin with Wine Tasting in our Tasting Room and then enjoy a gourmet three-course dinner. A Spinach and Arugula Salad with Herb Roasted Beets, Goat Cheese, and Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight will be followed by Prime Rib with Potato Chantilly and Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower paired with Tassel Ridge American Reserve Merlot. For dessert, indulge in Molten Chocolate Lava Cake paired with Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante® Pink. Come early for wine tasting at 6 pm, with dinner starting at 6:30 pm.
