Explore cuisine from around the world paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa wines at this five-course dinner! Wine tasting begins at 6pm, then at 6:30pm start your evening in Tokyo with Sushi paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa White Blossom. Then travel to Paris for French Onion Soup paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Marquette Rose®. Your next stop is Zurich for Celeriac (Celery Root) Salad paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Edelweiss. Then you’re on to Milan for Chicken Piccata paired with Tassel Ridge Candleglow® White. Return to Leighton, Iowa, for Cranberry-Pecan Bread Pudding with Praline Sauce paired with Tassel Ridge Cranberry Wine to end your evening on a sweet note!
