Event Description:
Join Chef Linda DeJong as she prepares a red wine reduction for steak using the Tassel Ridge American Merlot and an Alfredo Sauce with a crèpe filled with Linda’s choice of filling. We will be pairing the steak and red wine reduction with American Merlot and the crèpe with the Tassel Ridge 2009 Iowa Brianna. You will sample both preparations and take home recipe cards.From 1-3 pm each day. Advance reservations required by Wednesday, March 6. Contact the Winery at 641.672.WINE (9463) for reservations.
