Tassel Ridge Winery presents Rose Wine & Asian Fusion Dinner

Asian fusion flavors are perfect with Tassel Ridge Winery’s recently released 2013 Iowa St. Croix Rosé! Come at 6 pm for wine tasting, then dinner begins at 6:30 with a Mixed Green Salad with Edamame, Avocado, Orange Segments, Cilantro, and Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight. Next, enjoy Chef Frank’s Coconut Thai Pork Loin served with Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce, Bok Choy, and Wild Rice paired with Tassel Ridge 2013 Iowa St. Croix Rosé.
