Tassel Ridge Winery presents Red Wine Lover's Steakhouse Dinner

Come at 6pm for wine tasting, then dinner begins at 6:30pm with a Caesar Salad made with Romaine, Grated Parmesan, Croutons, and Asiago Dressing paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight followed by Beef Tenderloin with an In the Dark Reduction served with a Baked Potato and Haricots Verts paired with Tassel Ridge In the Dark. For dessert, enjoy a trio of Chocolaterie Stam Chocolate Bonbons paired with Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante® Pink. Advance prepaid reservations required by Wednesday, September 18.
