Tassel Ridge Winery presents Moroccan Inspired Wine Dinner

Enjoy an evening under a colorful Moroccan-style tent in the Tassel Ridge Winery Gallery. Come early at 6pm for wine tasting, then at 6:30pm a three-course dinner begins with Honey Lamb Kabobs paired with Tassel Ridge American Merlot followed by Couscous Royale made with Chicken, Zucchini, Broccoli, Carrots, Tomatoes, Garbanzo Beans, Peas, and Golden Raisins seasoned to your taste with Harissa Paste paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa In the Dark. An array of Delicate Moroccan Desserts paired with Tassel Ridge Star Spangled® White ends the evening on a sweet note! Advance prepaid, non-refundable reservations required by Thursday, April 21.
