Tassel Ridge Winery presents Iowa Nouveau Celebration Dinner

Celebrate the release of the Tassel Ridge 2015 Iowa Nouveau with a three-course dinner! Come early for wine tasting at 6 pm, then at 6:30 dinner begins with a Mixed Green Salad with Dried Cranberries, Pecans, Blue Cheese Crumbles, and House Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge La Crescent followed by Iowa Beef Nouveau made and paired with 2015 Iowa Nouveau. A slice of Blueberry Almond Tart paired with Tassel Ridge Frost ends the evening on a sweet note! During dinner, Winery Owner Bob Wersen will explore the history of Nouveau and describe the process used to make the Tassel Ridge 2015 Iowa Nouveau.
