Take your holiday entertaining up a notch as Chef Heather demonstrates simple yet elegant appetizers that will wow your partygoers. Parmesan Canapés, Dried Apricots with Goat Cheese-Pistachio Spread, and a special surprise appetizer will each be paired with the perfect Tassel Ridge wine. Chef Heather will also show you how to make Tassel Ridge Candlelight Hot Apple Cider, a great drink for cold nights! Enjoy samples and take home recipe cards. From 1-3 pm at Tassel Ridge Winery.
