Tassel Ridge Winery presents Celebration of Spring Wine Dinner

Spring is in the air! Come celebrate the flavors of spring with a three-course dinner at Tassel Ridge Winery. Begin with a mixed green salad paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight, followed by Salmon with Arugula Sauce, Spring Risotto, and Gingered Baby Carrots paired with Tassel Ridge American Chardonnay. Guests will also enjoy various breads with herbed butter before finishing the meal with a delicious dessert, fabulously paired with a Tassel Ridge wine.
