Come on out to Tassel Ridge Winery for the Heart of Iowa Wine Trail Spring Herb Celebration. Buy a ticket for $30 at Tassel Ridge Winery or at any of the participating wineries and then visit each of the 11 participating wineries to pick up your locally grown herb plant in a 3-inch pot along with a recipe card featuring that herb. The herb at Tassel Ridge Winery is Small Leaf Basil, and our recipe is a Bruschetta. We will have samples for you to taste. 10am-6pm Saturdays and noon-6 pm Sundays the first two weekends in May. No reservations required. Located at 1681-220th St, Leighton.
