Come early for wine tasting at 6 pm, then at 6:30 pm pamper her with a three-course dinner that begins with Spinach Salad with Sliced Strawberries, Almonds, Blue Cheese, and Raspberry Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight followed by Roasted Petite Shoulder Tender Medallions served with Polenta Cake and Grilled Asparagus paired with Tassel Ridge In the Dark.
