Event Description:

The recent shocking deaths of Anthony Bourdain and Kate Spade have called attention to mental health in entrepreneurs. 72% of entrepreneurs are directly or indirectly affected by mental health issues compared to just 48% of non-entrepreneurs. That’s according to a study by the National Institute of Mental Health. The responsibility is huge, the risk is high, and small business owners can feel so alone.  The feeling of loneliness, funds running out, loans are called due, no workers to get sales back up, pulled between business and family, etc. the feeling of hopeless grows.  The endless cycle can leave them isolated, destroying personal and home lives.

Join us for a confidential webinar to learn how to know the signs of mental health struggles, learn how to cope, find resources, and take control of your mental health.
