Elevate is a quarterly program of the West Des Moines Chamber, celebrating the power of women. Its intent is to influence closing the leadership and wage gaps by helping to add more women to positions of prominence in business and community.

We all know that 2020 was, and still is, a challenging year. Looking to the future, what are some ways that we can keep a positive perspective, set achievable goals, and build strong, healthy habits so that we are prepared to make 2021 the best year ever. What are some tips and tools that we can lean on that will help us balance our work and personal life and help set us up for a bright future?
