Salesforce – Tips during COVID-19 on how to increase productivity and boost engagement

These unprecedented times have certainly given us a reason to press pause, reflect, and count our blessings as we learn how to adjust. While our businesses have been impacted to varying degrees, one thing seems to ring true for all — digitized business processes built on Salesforce has made the transition much more seamless. As we settle into this new normal, we would like to share a few ideas with you on how to increase productivity and boost engagement within Salesforce. Ideas will include but not limited to:  how to access free tools from Salesforce (i.e. Training), tips on reviewing recent touchpoints with Leads, Prospects, Customers, etc. and reviewing your pipeline and identifying new targets for when this crisis ends.
