We know that building a sales engine can feel a bit like reaching for the golden ring – only the lucky ones get it right. We’re here to pull back that curtain and demonstrate the building blocks necessary to create a sustainable and scalable flywheel of revenue.
Our customer-centric approach will take you through the motions of building an effective sales funnel and team, starting with an internal analysis of your current process (the “funnel audit”) and ending with creative strategies to keep your key players motivated and happy.
There are many ways to establish predictable growth in sales, so please come prepared to take notes, contribute your ideas and get into your customers’ heads.
Please note that this seminar is designed for B2B SaaS startups and doesn’t cover tactics that work specifically in a B2C setting. A light continental breakfast, lunch and light refreshments will be provided. Free parking vouchers will be available for the Partnership Building parking ramp. Capacity is limited to 40 people.
