The 2018 Run The Avenues 5K will be held on Saturday, August 25! Start time is 8:00 am at Des Moines University. Race Packets will be available Friday, August 24th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and before the race on Saturday.

Registration is now OPEN and the cost is only 30.00.
