In partnership with FuseDSM, Your Chamber of Commerce and the Des Moines West Side Des Moines Chamber of Commerce, this celebration will have a ribbon cutting at 5:15pm and the organization's fresh new logo will be unveiled.

Neighborhood Development Corporation stands as a beacon of community commitment, tirelessly working towards neighborhood revitalization and sustainable development. Their efforts in rehabilitating and redeveloping commercial properties have left an indelible mark on Des Moines, fostering growth and prosperity.

We are honored to participate in this significant event, underscoring the importance of neighborhood revitalization and sustainable growth. With an array of live entertainment, food trucks, and beverage stations, the evening promises to be nothing short of extraordinary.

Stay after to enjoy Rendezvous on Riverview’s free, family friendly, concert series. There will be live entertainment by the talented B2wins from 5:30 to 9:30 pm at the Prairie Meadows Riviera Stage at Riverview Park. Additionally, to enhance your comfort, we kindly ask attendees to bring their own chairs or blankets, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all.
Please note that coolers and outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted at this event.
