Event Description:
Aureon is excited to host a celebration in honor of the opening of our NEW Downtown Data Center, the growing technology industries around our state, and the positive impact it creates for urban and rural Iowans alike.
This exciting event will include remarks from some of our state’s notable technology and economic development leaders, networking, hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and a preview and optional tour of Aureon’s NEW Downtown Data Center.

Hors d’oeuvres, drinks, network, and opening and closing remarks from Aureon and notable attendees (Brian Waller, TAI; Debi Durham, Iowa Economic Development Authority; Katherine Harrington, WDM Chamber, Mike Swesey, Greater Des Moines Partnership)
Data Center Tours
In addition to the celebration, attendees have the option to tour Aureon’s NEW Downtown Data Center – only a 5-minute shuttle ride from the Surety Hotel.
If interested, registrants should select the tour option on Aureon’s event registration form and more information will be provided to them.

Brief tours include a 20-minute walk through of the facility to view colocation rack space, dynamic power and fiber source features, and notable security features.
Tours will be available from 4:00 p.m. to approximately 5:45 p.m.

Post-Event Networking
After 6:00 p.m., attendees are welcome to continue networking and discussion at the Mulberry Street Tavern (connected to Surety Hotel)
