Join us for the ribbon cutting celebration of Des Moines' historic City Hall located at 400 Robert D Ray Drive.  Open House will be from 2:00 - 4:00 PM with the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 3:30 PM.  The restoration and renovation projects are now complete and it's time to celebrate!
