Event Description:
Join us as we celebrate the completion of the Roosevelt Cultural District Streetscape project!  We'll meet at the front of the Des Moines Playhouse and cut the Ribbon at 4:15 PM as all of the improvements to the district and shopping center are completed.  A reception will follow in the lobby of the Des Moines Playhouse.
