Event Description:
Youth fitness bootcamp will boost confidence, improve self esteem and improve overall fitness of your teenage son or daughter. On Monday, June 9 the first ever Youth Fitness Bootcamp will begin and will last 8 weeks. The bootcamp will consist of full body conditioning, strength training, kickboxing, and fun cardio drills. Middle school youth (ages 12-14) will have sessions at 8 am 4 days per week (M,T,Th, F). High School youth (ages 14-18) will have sessions at noon (M,T,Th,F) or 8 pm (M,T,W,Th). Cost is $249 for 8 weeks. Classes are small so individual attention is given to each attendee. Contact 641-628-3488 to reserve a spot.
