Event Description:
The Greater Des Moines Partnership, Polk County and other regional organizations are working to improve economic stability and recovery from COVID-19. As part of this effort, Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is supporting the project through understanding small business (under 50 employees) and community organization’s challenges and needs in our current environment. The region of the study includes Boone, Story, Marshall, Guthrie, Dallas, Polk, Jasper, Poweshiek, Adair, Madison, Warren and Marion counties.

Input sessions will be offered for individuals to provide feedback on how community elements strengthen and hinder small business and community organizations. Each session is offered open house style, so participants can come and go at any point during the time frame; it is anticipated that participation time will be about 10 minutes.
