RAGBRAI Team RMHC - Pella's Helping the House!

Help collect items during Ragbrai for the Ronald McDonald Houses of Iowa!  Items may be dropped off on or before July 25 at Marion County State Bank in Pella.

 

Ronald McDonald Charity Houses are a "home away from home" and gives parents rest and support.  Please help if you can!  Look for the RMHC Ragbrai tent near the post office on July 25th. :)

 

Items frequently needed at the house include:

Liquid laundry detergent – he please 

Dryer sheets

Household cleaning supplies

Automatic dishwashing detergent

Hot / Cold cups – 8 oz.

Swiffer supplies

Dust cloths

Copy paper (white), 8.5 x 11, 20#

40w / 60w light bulbs

First class postage stamps

Lysol disinfectant spray

Pledge dusting spray

Aluminum foil

Ziploc bags

 

FOOD:

Baking mixes

Frosting mixes

Canned soup – variety, please

Canned fruits & vegetables – variety, please

Sugar, flour, chocolate chips

Cans of juice or frozen concentrate

Cereal, both individual and large boxes

Snacks (granola bars, cookies, fruit snacks)

 

FOR THE FAMILIES:

Family DVD’s

Shampoo, conditioner, and lotion

Phone calling cards

Gift cards (Target, Hy-Vee, Fareway, Wal-Mart, Ace Hardware, Walgreens, and Kohl’s)

 

POP TABS:

Help the House by collecting the aluminum pull tabs from beverage cans. We recycle the tabs and receive money based on the number of pounds that are collected.
