Event Description:
The Greater Des Moines Partnership, along with Capital Crossroads and the Young Professionals Connection (YPC) will hold a series of public policy forums throughout 2022 to explore issues impacting DSM. Each forum will include a conversation of experts who will provide insights surrounding the policy implications of that priority issue.
The Partnership supports strategies to address the existing talent shortages felt by many impacted industries, including continued and expanded support for Future Ready Iowa initiatives, opportunities to engage untapped talent for the workforce such as foreign born and returning citizens and policies that ensure Iowa continues to be a welcoming place that is open for business.

Public Policy Issue Forum on Economic Development: Thursday, Dec. 15 at 12 p.m.
