Date: December 21, 2021
Time: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM CST
Event Description:

What is being coined the “women’s recession” has the potential of setting back companies and women in leadership by decades. Recent research evaluating the effects of COVID-19 on workplaces predicts that if women leave jobs at the rates they currently are, we could lose 2 million women in the workforce. Amy Eaton with Women Lead Change will share with you ways that you can not only recruit, but retain your current female workforce both during and after the pandemic. Takeaways include defining the women’s recession, pandemic effects on mothers, senior women, and women of color, and practices that companies can put into place to support their female workforce.

This webinar is part of the speaker series on Economic Prosperity.
