Pella Historical is excited to announce our newest event, the Tulip Princess Academy! We are inviting girls going into 2nd-5th grade from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to join us in learning what it takes to be royalty. They will be taught etiquette and posture during a tea party at the Scholte House, how to respond to interview questions, and many other real life applications. They will also learn the historical background behind the first Tulip Queen of Pella Iowa, Leonora Gaass. To make the day extra special we will be inviting a number of past Tulip Queens to offer their advice and expertise! Sign up today!
