Event Description:

Pella Area Quilters Guild will hold their June meeting on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 7 PM in room 101 at Third Reformed Church, 708 E. 13th St. Pella, IA.  The program that evening will be presented by the Pella Regional Hospital, Physical Therapy Dept. on Quilting Ergonomics.  They will focus on  specific posture, therapy, exercise for sewing and quilting, with special emphasis on carpal tunnel syndrome.  The Quilt Show results and “Viewers Choice Awards” will also be announced.  Brian Klahsen will also be at the meeting to sharpen scissors and knives for a fee of $2-$4.  Please bring items in a ziploc bag with your name. 

The Pella Area Quilters Guild consists of members of all quilting abilities and interests.  A time is provided for show and tell of projects.  We welcome guests or new members at every meeting.
