Pella Area Quilters Guild will hold their meeting on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at 7 PM in room 101 at Third Reformed Church, 708 E. 13th St. Pella, IA. The program will be presented by Debi Henninger. She explores the fascinating world of the depression-era hobo through the culture's hidden language. Quilter and shop owner Debra G. Henninger has taken more than 55 authentic "hobo signs" and created original quilt blocks and published a book on this subject. Members of the Pella Area Quilters Guild have a wide range quilting abilities and interests and welcomes guests and new members to every meeting. A time is provided for show and tell of projects.
